


MONTREAL --Montreal Canadiens Chairman of the Board of Directors and Team Owner Geoff Molson announced today the appointment of Kevin Gilmore as Chief Operating Officer.
With the appointment of an experienced administrator like Kevin Gilmore as COO, Geoff Molson thus completes an important chapter in the restructuring of the company and paves the way for the smooth transfer of power. The new COO can turn to the presence and experience of Pierre Boivin until the end of June, when he officially steps down as President of the Montreal Canadiens, in favour of Geoff Molson who will take over as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Tom Wright is the Director of UFC® Canadian Operations. In this executive position, Wright will lead operations and development of the UFC® brand and business across Canada.
Specifically, Wright will focus on developing relations with all levels of government and local communities, building PPV, broadcast and sponsorship opportunities while also establishing a regular UFC events schedule to include presenting up to three UFC events per year in Canada.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law from McGill University, Don has guided the careers of some of the greatest players including perennial NHL all-stars, Pat Lafontaine, Wendel Clark, Al MacInnis, Curtis Joseph, and Trevor Linden.
Don has been recognized by the Sporting News as one of the 100 most influencial people in sport, by the Hockey News as one of the 100 people of power and influence in hockey and by the Globe and Mail as on of the 25 most influential people in Canadian sport. With the growth of NSM, Don has assembled a team of dedicated professionals that have refined his innovative methods, into a precise business discipline.

Julien BriseBois was named to the position of assistant general manger of the Tampa Bay Lightning on July 16, 2010. He reports directly to Vice President and General Manager Steve Yzerman and assists him in all aspects of contract preparation and negotiation, salary arbitration and player transactions for the Lightning and the Norfolk Admirals of the American Hockey League, for whom he also serves as general manager. BriseBois also manages interpretation of the NHL's collective bargaining agreement and the salary cap for Tampa Bay.

Ian is a financial professional with more than 20 years experience in the sports and entertainment industry ranging from finance, administration, taxation, new business development, government relations, regulatory filings, collective bargaining, union negotiations, bond and loan restructuring.
He joined Maple Leaf Gardens Limited in 1990 as a Controller and was promoted to Vice-President, Finance & Administration in January 1998 prior to the Maple Leaf Gardens and Toronto Raptors merger, which became Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. (MLSE). In 2004, he was promoted to Executive Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer, Business Development. Ian previously worked for KPMG providing counsel to clients including Rogers Communications and AMJ Campbell.

Kris joined Sprint Management in February 2003. He has proven to be an invaluable addition to the company, bringing with him extensive knowledge of athletics and a keen vision for athletic management. The combination of a solid background in all facets of sport and interpersonal skills have allowed Kris to become directly involved in all areas pertaining to the company's clients and growth. His main area of focus have been athletic recruitment and event and media organization.He also utilizes strategic marketing skills to position his athletes for sponsorships and an array of opportunities within the industry.

Sunny Pathak founded S.O.S. Media in the spring of 2011 and has established
a niche in the sports industry focusing on athlete and brand integration
working with Kevin Weekes, Colby Armstrong, Tim Brent among others.
Sunny developed the first print campaign for Under Armour Canada, and
concurrently put Tyler Seguin on the cover of his first magazine. He also
worked with BioSteel Sports to create the once in lifetime opportunity to
train with Mike Cammalleri. Sunny also created a sports fashion segment, an
industry first, with Kevin Weekes called 'Fashion Forward'.
With close to 5 years of event marketing experience, Sunny has also managed
over 100 events ranging from the 95th Grey Cup in Toronto, the inaugural
Buffalo Bills Series in Toronto and has travelled with the Stanley Cup
across the country for a league sponsor.
